Paragraph Types

Paragraphs are the basic building blocks of your site. The Webiva system provides a number of different paragraph types. Webiva paragraph types let you add a paragraph that can be changed by your editors each week, give users a place to register, or add menus. Paragraphs are stacked units with individual ecosystems. They are independent of each other. Think of paragraphs as individual companies in an office building. Each company has its own personality, elements or people, function or purpose, and doors or ways in and out. But with all that uniqueness they are essentially just blocks stacked one atop the other. Webiva paragraphs function the same way.

Paragraph Types

The Webiva system comes with a number of different paragraph types, each of which has a different role in building a dynamic, user friendly site. The available standard paragraph types are described below. Additional paragraph types may be available depending on which modules are activated in your website.

Zones

Zones create different sections on the page where paragraphs can be placed. From there they can be moved, changed, removed or used to interact with other paragraphs. Your framework design determines which zones are available on your pages.
