"Header" and "Container" field types

Need more information on the “header” and “container” field types when creating a new custom content model. I tried to test out “header” but it wouldn’t let me add anything to the field when creating a new entry.

“Header” is just a header in the back end when you are editing a form (i.e. a way to section different pieces of the entry form on the back end)

“Container” let’s you link to other content model entries without requiring a reciprocal linkage (whereas the ‘belongs to’ is reciprocal to the has ‘many’)
