Installed Blog, Feedback, and Feeds Modules, but Not Blog Paragraphs...?

I’ve got the three requisite modules installed but Blogs don’t appear under content, wizard under the website tab, or as an available paragraph type in the page editor.
I’ve tried deactiving/re-activating the modules (running rake cms:migrate_domain_components) several times, but there’s no way to add a blog… am I missing a step? -J.L. |

Hi Jerry,
Are you logged-in with an Master admin account? If you’re logged in with a normal “Editor” account you’ll need to go to Options → Permissions, click on the blog tab and enable the appropriate permissions. -Pascal |

I was logged in as the admin… I’ve since solved this problem, though.
Basically, even after running the rake command to update the modules and dependences the status of the blog and related modules was stuck at initialized. After multiple attempts at de/reactivating the modules, I finally went into the database and manually set their stati to activated, after which I could access the blog under Content and could use the blog paragraphs in the page editor. |
